By using this platform to submit RFQs or purchase products, you agree to provide accurate information and to honor the shipping terms, pricing validity, and payment terms specified in any quotation you accept. All sales are subject to a formal Proforma Invoice and sales contract.

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the document and are subject to raw material price fluctuations after expiry. Force majeure events (port closures, natural disasters, regulatory changes) may affect delivery timelines.
