These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of marbleandtileexporter.com (the "Site"), operated by M&T Export. By accessing or using the Site, submitting an RFQ, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About the Platform
M&T Export operates a business-to-business platform that connects international buyers with independent Indian exporters and sellers of marble, granite, ceramic tile, porcelain tile, and related natural stone products. We facilitate introductions, RFQs (requests for quotation), and quotations between buyers and sellers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, M&T Export is not itself the manufacturer or seller of the products listed, and any final sale, order, or contract for goods is between you and the individual seller/exporter, not with M&T Export.
Accuracy of information and pricing
Information on this Site — including product details, technical specifications, and market content — may be sourced from publicly available information on the internet and may not always be accurate or current. You are responsible for independently verifying any information relevant to your purchasing decision.
Any prices shown on the Site are not accurate or final prices. They represent general market pricing gathered from internet research and are for reference only. Actual pricing may vary at the time you place an order, and the individual seller you are matched with will provide you the real, current price for your specific order. You must confirm final pricing directly with the seller before completing any purchase. Full detail is available in our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
Eligibility and Accounts
The Site is intended for business use by companies and individuals engaged in, or genuinely exploring, the purchase or sale of tile, marble, granite, and related stone products for commercial purposes. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
RFQs, Quotations, and Transactions
Submitting an RFQ through the Site is a request for information and pricing, not a binding order. Quotations provided by sellers in response to your RFQ are offers from that seller, subject to their own terms, and are not guaranteed by M&T Export. Any resulting order, contract, payment terms, shipping arrangement, or dispute is a matter between you and the seller. We encourage buyers to conduct their own due diligence on any seller, including requesting samples, certifications, and references, before finalizing an order — see our buying guides on the Blog for suggested vetting steps.
M&T Export is not a party to, and assumes no liability for, the performance, quality, delivery, or any other aspect of transactions conducted between buyers and sellers using the platform.
User Conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to: provide false or misleading information; use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with the Site's security or normal operation; scrape, copy, or republish Site content without permission; or impersonate any person or entity.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by M&T Export or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, except where content (such as product images or specifications) is provided by and remains the property of individual sellers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Links and Content
The Site may link to or reference third-party websites, standards bodies, or data sources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content. See our Disclaimer for more detail.
Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
